Important Notices

It is our policy, this year, to give the highest grade program possible. To
this end we are making our hours somewhat shorter and putting on only the
very best speakers. W e believe that the usual activities, the meeting o f old
friends, and the renewing o f past acquaintanceships, is a very important
feature in our Lyceums. Therefore, while the hours will be somewhat shorter
each day, the character o f our program and the ability o f the speakers will
make you want to attend every session. Another policy is to give the speakers
a longer time than they have had on previous Lyceum programs, so that they
can more thoroughly present their messages.

Each State Association, Fraternity, Sorority, or State Alumni, will have

their headquarters in Junior No. 1, in the Memorial Building. Here you will

be supplied with a special printed ribbon, to be worn by you throughout the

entire week. These ribbons will designate your affiliations. The size, color and

subject matter on these badges are up to the individual organizations to

decide. If you decide to have ribbons made after your arrival here, THE ESP

Printery is at your service for that purpose. All I£A. members in good stand

ing will be presented, free, at time o f registration, with an official ribbon.

Registration will be held every day of the Lyceum, and every person de
siring to attend any o f the sessions must fill out a registration card, in lieu
o f which he will be given an attendance card, admitting him to any and all
sessions o f the Lyceum.

The IlBV will hold its regular annual business meeting in Owen Hall, on
Monday, August 22nd. On Tuesday, A ugust 23rd, the entire program will be
turned over to the ISA officers. The session will be held in the Assembly Hall,
and will be open to visitors, with the front section reserved for members o f
the I£A. Various speakers will be heard from all over the country on legisla
tive conditions in their particular states, and in the evening, Hon. Tom Morris
and James Greggerson will deliver addresses on legislative matters o f interest
to the entire profession.

H arry E. Vedder will again be in charge o f the entire Lyceum program in
the capacity o f Master o f Ceremonies. All announcements such as Class
Meetings, Alumni Meetings, or any other announcements o f general interest,
must be presented to him, in writing, at the earliest possible moment. These
announcements must be signed by the officer handling them, in order to
avoid the mistake o f having meetings called by irresponsible parties.

A ll Chiropractors having students to enroll, kindly arrange to have them
come as early as possible. Dr. Elliott and Uncle Jerry will be on the jo b
all day Saturday and Sunday, August 20th and 21st, as well as every other
day o f the week previous and during, as well as follow ing Lyceum. Upon
arriving, see that your students are enrolled immediately. Urge upon your
friends to make their stay with Dr. Elliott as brief as possible, because he will
