REVIEW
Before proceeding w ith the study of the various exercises in this
le sso n , Look over the e x e r c is e s i n Le sso n One so you are fam iLiar w ith
the points covered. In review ing Lesson One, these are the points to
remember:
The human be in g, before de liv e r y from the womb, i s formed i n a
c ir c u la r bed - it i s fo r the most part folded up i n a c ir c u la r p o s it io n
so that the in s id e arc i s shorter than the outside a r c .
T h is p o s it io n of the child before d e liv e r y has a tendency to make
one ''caved i n " on one side and "s t r e t c h e d " on the other. The c e l l s of
the concave brain are collapsed lik e a balloon when p a r tia lly d e fla te d ,
or like an umbrella before r a i s i n g . Because of t h i s , i t may be reason
able to say that you can only produce your fu ll function when "i n f l a t e d ."
The c e lls o f the body seem to work under the same law . When one side of
the head i s " c o l l a p s e d " , none of the fu n ctio n s can be equal to the ofcher
aide of the head which has a f u l l e r c a p a c t it y , therefore we might s a fe ly
say that none of the innumerable fu n c t io n s of the human being are tru ly ,
level and ba lanced. I t seems that each and every i n d i v i d u a l , when placed
under c are fu l a n a ly s is and o bse rv atio n , shows a lack o f balance. T h is
imbalance could be contributed to the chaotic c o n d itio n that e x is t s
throughout the w orld. The "e q u a l i z i n g " of the head c e lls may be a
decisive aid in correcting this appalling inharmony.
