AN ADDRESS

By B. J. PALMER, D. C., Ph. C.

Delivered in The Tent, at 1HE August 25, 1924 at 8 P. M.

T IS requested that all Neurocalometer users and all

those taking the technique get together at some time

during this week to form a National Neurocalometer

Club. This is a spontaneous movement, arising from

out of the heart of the users. No time or place has

been suggested. I think the movement a good one and

will gladly endorse it if somebody will suggest a time and a place.

There is one thing I would like to set at ease in some of your
minds, and that is that all of the profit that any of you might at
any time make off of any imitation of the Neurocalometer will, by
due process of law, come to us, every dollar of it. If anybody
thinks they are to get an imitation and get away with any profit,
I warn you now,— you are going to lose every dollar of it. Every
body who buys an imitation, at any time, with the intention later
of buying a Neurocalometer, will find every such contract marked
“ Hold” anywhere from one year to five years. We are going to
penalize you for encouraging anybody who would destroy a con
structive program, and, incidentally, penalize you for the loss of
confidence. All you Neurocalometer users will be of great service
to the Chiropractic program, if you will send me as soon as you
definitely know it to be true the names and addresses of anybody
who has an imitation and uses it, and the names of at least two
patients on whom it was used, that is all I will need right now— a
little later I will use it all,— to help me carry on our program by
giving me this information.

You know, it is a wonderful sight over in that Memorial Build
ing. Over there right now is a class of over 300,- taking the Neu
rocalometer technique. They will be at it for three days. I think
they are over there tonight, aren't they ? And, believe me, they are
working. Now, just think of it! There are 300 away from the tent.
I don't know where we would put them if they were here, but I
would get them in. I am the best little sardine packer that ever
was. The second class of 300 more will start on next Thursday
morning and go through to Friday and Saturday.

A little statement made last night brought out some definite in
formation this morning that I did not know before. When I was
down to Decatur, 111., a short time ago with Fred McLean, conduct
ing a demonstration, I made the first, second and third plans of
distributing the Neurocalometer to the world known, and I stated
the second plan—the wholesale plan or the HEAD-OF-THE-HOME-
HIS-OWN-CHIROPRACTOR plan. At that time my statement was
